However I would suggest that since they are in breach of thier own terms and condition that this should not be the case and that any company that can prove it's competence should be allowed to offer it's serviced at post offices.
I can see the logic, after all opening up British Rail's monopoly to a multiplicity of providers has worked really well for the customer. They could even force Royal Mail to artificially inflate their prices so that the other companies can enter the market and make a decent profit for their shareholders using infrastructure they haven't paid for - same way as they did with Scottish Power.
