Hi, what sort of price you thinking of paying? I've got some 454 Coils with tired internals and some stanchion damage that i was going to let go as spares or repairs at some point as they are still rideable but need some love.
Lowers are fine as far as i can remember (not with them at present) other than the odd scuff etc from use.
I havent the time or tools to strip so would be going complete if your interested.

I can do you a set of pike lowers. 454 air (originally). Quite good cosmetics. I couldn't sell them without saying that they probably need new bushings, but that's not a massive do (see guides on the internet) if you have the kit, or send away to be done.
