you know the bit that goes between the cleat and the bolt. you can see it here: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13056

if anyone has got a spare one i would love to take it off your hands.

I did not look at the picture until now. I didn't read text properly and thought you meant the black plastic shim between cleat and shoe. Sorry...
