Your email works OK then? I assumed it didn't as you never replied to my email regarding the forks you sold me, and the fact I had to pay £100 to make them work properly after one ride.

Glad it's sorted now what was the issue as they were working a1 when sold over 7 weeks ago

Shame you didn't receive the email, it went to the same address all the emails went to when I was buying them, and you received all of them OK.
The issue was air leaking from the positive to the negative chamber and caused the fork to suck completely down a third of the way into the second ride. When they were stripped the conclusion was a lack of oil on the o-ring had caused it to roll and let air through. Also the foams were dirty and dry as a bone, and the fork oil needed changing. What I don't understand, and as I put in the email you didn't receive is how they got in that state so soon after their 'recent service', as described in the ad. I had to replace all seals, foams, and oil after one ride. Not what I had planned when I paid you £200 for the fork.
Yes, they were purchased seven weeks ago, but the problem arose and the email was sent three weeks ago, and as I told you, I was overseas for two weeks before that.
Its not a major problem for me, I can afford £100 luckily. I just wish I had bought new in the first place. Lesson learned and I'll put it down to a bad experience and won't risk buying from you again. Hopefully any future purchasers of goods from you are in the same position.
