Has anyone got or can recommend Software to convert mpg files to a compatible format for the iPhone

I use Videora, can do all the iPod formats too, plus you can choose bit rate for audio & stuff. Free also.

DVDVideosoft do a really useful suite for converting almost anything to almost anything... And it's free!
