WTD: Shimano brake hose, calipers, wide risers and 34.9 seatclamp

I'm after:

Shimano brake hose - straight to straight connectors front and rear.

Front and rear Shimano brake callipers with straight fittings or with hose attached to go to a lever with straight fittings.

Wide (680mm +) riders with at least 30-40mm rise. Something like EA30's or 50's would be nice.
