after a selle italia seat the 135g model willing to pay up to £40 for one also after a carbon seatpost for my scott scale 34.9mm either ritchey wcs or any other make that makes them

Have you considered a KCNC seatpost? Lighter than most carbon posts, theres one on ebay now:
