Shifter must have removable gear indicator window and cover plate as I run my brakes inboard.

I've got a medium cage SRAM X5 and a pair of SRAM X5 shifters I'm selling if you're interested... All in immaculate condition, less than 100 miles use for definite.
Gear windows on the shifters are integral to the clamp, so you can easily run your brake inboard of the shifters...
