I would dare to suggest that you're not even trying to go for a red anodising frenzy 
Semi-integrated headset, I'm no buying new wheels or brakes and I can't remember my seatpost or clamp diameter. I can get it looking pretty sex-tastic without though.

I have an old set of red wheels - Rolf Urraco. They need rebuilding as some of the spoke nipples have broken but they are lovely :
got some m6 (5mm allen key) bolts if you want, but they are only 12mm of thread so it probably not too safe to bolt important things on with (although i have with lots of lock-tight and no probs so far). 10 for a fiver posted?
jfeb- are those wheels 26inch and if so how much do you want for them
