just after the plastic sleeve that goes between the cups of a shimano external bearing hollowtech 2 bottom bracket - somehow managed to end up with a "short type" sleeve so the cups aren't sealed against water ingress

I've got one that I can throw in the post to you that I have just removed from my old BB - but just before I do.... 73mm or 83mm (I only have the one for 73mm)?
