WTD: O/S Stem or standard riser bar

I'm building up a hack bike, and seem to have a vast selection of 25.4mm stems and 31.8mm bars, but no 31.8mm stems or 25.4mm bars.

Does anyone have either they'd be prepared to sell? Not too fussed about brand, but must be black, <15degree rise for the stem and at least 600mm wide and black for the bar.

Got this matching combo....
Stem= fsa os190 100mm 6deg
Bars= fsa xc280 31.8mm 660mm 25mm

Stem length - ideally 70 or 80mm, but would consider 60-100mm. Forgot to say cheap as possible...this is just for a hack bike.

got some ritchey wcs low risers. triple butted, 660mm wide. £17 posted.
