Anyone got an old pair of SPD shoes they don't want anymore/want to sell? Size 11 or 12.

Also I'm after a set of Shimano 'pop up' spd pedals i.e. the M424 or M545 pedals or something similar.

I've got a pair of M545 pedals. Used but in excellent condition. Can do some photo's tonight if you're interested. £23 posted.
