Looking to upgrade my front and rear mech and shifters from my 3yr old Alvio/LX setup (feeling old now!)

Preferably like to buy full set from one person, but open to all your offers.

Must be in VGC (as new if poss) rear kit must suit 9spd cassette.

I have a pair of Sram Attack Shifters, the same as these

they work with Shimano mechs,
Bought new last October
