I need an Extra Soft Lyrik U-Turn Spring. I'm currently using the Soft spring but need to drop a spring rate as it's still too stiff. Willing to either buy or swap my Medium or Soft spring.

how much do you weigh? Could be the bushings are tight - common problem with Lyriks - give Tim Flooks a call...

I'm 10.5 stone, but a mate rode my bike round Cannock who also weighs 10.5 and he managed full travel. Must be a (lack of) style thing or maybe all my weight is in my arse I reckon. Always use to run my air forks on the low side.

lyriks really do feel different if you have the mission control - even on the lowest setting the low speed compression makes a big difference to the usual wallow you get with forks...
I'm very impressed - the only thing with mine is that it now doesn't balance with the rear end...
keep playing with the settings - you don't want to have a massive bottom out incident when you don't mean to!
