160mm rear post to IS

203mm front post to post

but no idea about the various terms so don't know if it's a Post to Post? If you can tell what it is from the pic and you want it, you can have it for £6 posted?

have a Hope 'A' mount pretty sure thats 160 post to IS
brand new w bolts still in bag if you still need one
(actually got two if anyone else needs?)
