cheers but what i'm after is the kind of cleat engagement that Time/Look/Crank Bros use rather than the standard shimano style SPD one.

I have a pair of Time Roc S. They are a couple of yrs old but work fine. can do for £22 posted, or with a pair of reasonable nick time cleats and bolts for £27 posted
