WTD: Cheapish hardtail frame or bike

Looking for a frame to build up as a commuter. Can be steel or aluminium but must be size medium. Can be v-brake or disc compatible, or both. Looking to spend about 100 tops. Nothing too flashy. No frames designed for long travel forks please as I will be putting a rigid fork on it.

Will consider a whole bike for the right money.

Anyone got anything?

will, not sure about the sizing of inbreds. I'm 5'8" on a good day and I know inbreds are long. 18" might be too big for me?
