I am looking for a cheap bike to get around the city on, anything considered.

I am 6FT so must be at least an 18" frame.

My pal has a cheap Kona hardtail going for £200 (18" frame) if you're able to travel to Leeds?

single speed rigid kona 19" in good condition? Leeds based but down your way from time to time.
