WTD: cassette and chain + tools

Hi,

I would like a 9 speed cassette (ideally 11-34) but not to bothered.
Something like a deore would be good- not too expensive!!!

Also a 9 speed chain, again in good condition

And does anyone have a cassette removal tool for sale or I that I could loan (I will give you some cash)

Merlin do both Cassette tools for £10, it's worthwhile buying some rather than covering two way postage and a pint...
