Never thought I'd see the day I wanted some 8spd thumb levers again!
Changing my drop barred Kinesis 4t cross bike to a flat barred plus putting on a front disc, just because I can. So I need lots of front end stuff. Tatty is fine by me as long as it all works:
8spd indexed thumb levers for triple set up
Front 700c disc wheel suitable for road use - ie an XC weight wheel - Deore/On-one level of quality about right, doesn't need to be flash
Avid Mechanical BB5/7 single disc calliper (with rotor pref). Or similar.
And maybe even some suitable gear levers
Roll on spring...
