I'm in the process of stripping down my Inbred SS so will have a 100mm Suntour Epicon 15mm bolt thru fork and Halo Freedom wheel (with adaptors). All a bit more within your budget.

Don't be put off by the Suntour name either, it's not a bad fork, i just have no more use for it. Clubber off here did a review on his a while back if you can find it.
