You won't get a 20T in 4-bolt.
5-bolt compact is the only mainstream 20T option.
Steel 4-bolts are cheap as chips on this forum, ebay and the online retailers. I have lots....well, about 8 spares anyway.

Boone were offering 20T inner rings in 4 bolt (have one) but don't seem have been doing anything for a good while...shame as I'd order another & have a ramped middle & outer too.

corvette - thanks a lot for that link! I've been wanting a 20T for my bikepacking bike. Was going to buy one from Boone but don't think he makes them anymore.
