WTD: 16-18" hardtail

I'm open to a lot of possibilities here...

Just looking for any trail riding hardtail around the 17-18" mark, or even a 16" if it's a particularly aggressive frame type.

First choice would be a Dialled Prince Albert, but also very interested in a 456, Genesis Abyss/Altitude or similar.

The price I'll pay will vary much depending on what's on offer, but generally I'd prefer a cheaper build where I can upgrade parts as I please, rather than pay top dollar for something kitted out with XT & Thomson parts from the offset.

I'd even consider frame only if there's a bargain to be had, so WHAT HAVE YOU GOT?

Availability for collection somewhere near London or Glasgow would be a bonus.

I have a 16" 456 frame £100 practically new ( it's pink, looks awesome) if you fancy building your own.

I remember looking into the sizing and I think for a 456 I'd be looking to try an 18" first. At least, if I was doing a build from scratch that's what I'd go for. I wouldn't completely rule out a full build 456 in a 16 mind you.

But above all that, I'm not too sure I'd ride a pink bike. Sorry!
