Yep they sure are. Small silver lever on the right leg, compress fork, flip lever, fork stays down (well, it creeps up a little without any weight on the fork but works fine in use)

Still compresses, but stiffens right up without being fully locked out. No other lockout, sorry.

Hi just checked the bits box. I have one ritchy scewer. And I also have a pair of unbranded matching scewers (think they might be shimano) they work fine but are a bit scuffed. £8 posted?
