Since I had my bike stolen and I can't afford another I'm going to have to upgrade a low end Trek I have for as little cash as poss.

I need some okay ish F 100mm forks, the sort of thing that people may have upgarded from Toras etc.

I also need some 9spd Shifters, again low end is okay wouldn't mind combi brake and pod in one.

Lastly a set of good 'V' brakes LX or XT or Avids

got some black shimano (basic, not part of any groupset) v-brakes and grey XT (m750) shitfters.

The V's I think are deore arms and alivo levers. Work as well as any other v-brake. More than 50% of the current pads left.

£35 posted the lot.
