I’d been thinking the road style layback on my CX bike was wrong for a bit and randomly swapped it for an inline out of another bike. While I was at it I chucked an old WTB SST I had lying round from a bike I bought a while ago on it as I’d been reading about WTB saddles idly and was curious – I normally run Spoons.

I like the shape but might prefer a v cut, but dislike the smooth shininess.

I’m not aware of any local shops with a stock to see/touch and web adverts can be a bit misleading at times so I’m asking. ..

What reasonably priced (Bel Air money or less) WTB’s have a nice tactile seat you don’t slide about on?

    Ta!

I’ve used the SST in the past. I now use a WTB Rocket on the MTB. it’s been on there for some 7yrs and has the required stitching you’re after. On the road though, I’ve got a charge knife
