    anyone tried internal width 21mm rims with:
    [*] 2.4 dhr2 WT tyre or
    2.5 dhf WT tyre?[/*]

    One told me that they work brilliantly, even better than wider rims, cause the narrow rim gives them a rounder profile (we all know that minion tyres have more of a square profile).

    Have run DHF 2.5 on i23 WTB rim with no worries. Went up tubeless easily as well. Didn’t think about profile – just went out riding!
