Does anyone have a phone number for Works Components? Several emails over the last few weeks and still no answer 😕

Anyway…maybe the hive can answer my questions.

Q1. Can I adjust the range of angle on their offset headsets? So…if I were to install their 2Deg headset could I adjust it from 0Deg through to 2Deg and every angle in-between?
Q2. If not, do I have to buy a whole new headset for each angle I want to offset by? 😥
Q3. If I bought a ‘SET1’ for a 100mm long 44mm head tube do I have to buy a whole new headset ‘SET5’ if I want to use it in another frame with a 125mm long 44mm head tube or is there a ‘kit’ that will allow me to transfer it all over.

Have to admit, I’ll possibly have to consider going elsewhere if I can’t get through to them…shame as I’d like to support their cause.

They are fixed offset, no adjustment, they are unlikely to work in other frames with different length headtubes as that would **** up the alignment of the offset..

Q1 – No. Think that covers Q2 as well. Don’t know re Q3. Edit – too slow

    What he said ^^^

The offset is machined into the cups, no way of adjusting it

A Cane Creek Angleset would get rid of Q3, but not of Q1 and Q2.

Do I need to design another feature into this custom frame of yours? 😉

Nope! Just messing with my current rig and wondered about the transferability. Any sign of those rims yet? 😉

    No, yes, new headset.

    OK, thanks… 🙁

US aren’t answering emails, so seeing if anyone in the UK has them.
