…unless you know better, which I’m sure you do.

Anymore?

We could really piss a lot of people off if someone wrote and recorded a song containing all of them.

Fratricide, Rheostat, Thermostat, Formaldehyde.
These may be in other songs, but they all appear together in one by Andrew Bird, Fake Palindromes

My dewy eyed, Disney bride what has tried
Swapping your blood with formaldehyde
Monsters, whiskey-plied voices cried fratricide
Jesus, don’t you know that you coulda died?
You should have died with the monsters what talk
Monsters what walk the earth
And she’s got red lipstick, and a bright pair of shoes
And she’s got knee high socks, what to cover a bruise
She’s got an old death kit, she’s been meaning to use
She’s got blood in her eyes, in her eyes for you
She’s got blood in her eyes for you
Certain fads, stripes and plaids, some singles ads
They run you hot and cold like a rheostat I mean a thermostat
So you bite on a towel, hope it won’t hurt too bad
My dewy eyed, Disney bride what has tried
Swapping your blood with formaldehyde
With the monsters what talk, monsters what walk the earth
She says, I like long walks and sci-fi movies
You’re six foot tall and East coast bred
Some lonely night we can get together
And I’m gonna tie your wrists with leather
And drill a tiny hole into your head
And I’m gonna drill a tiny hole into your head

I’m now conflicted about the internet.
I’m glad we know the truth.
But I’m not sure I prefer it.

Methil, only seems to be in Letter From America.

I looked on that website and it says Methil: No more.

Hah. Decided to check “havering”, which also seems to be a winner, but then I tried “haver” and it came up with a load of spanish hits, including “Mas há de haver a hora” which I am translating as “But Hora will talk nonsense”

This probably holds the record for number of words only used in that song: The Elements by Tom Lehrer

“oh deborah do you recall.. your house was very small with woodchip on the wall”

bit disappointed to see a couple of lyrics sites that I looked at had woodchip as two words, incorrect in my opinion

Or “would shit on the wall” as some people (common people no doubt) sing.

I think there’s a song in Mary Poppins that has a unique use of a word.

Junketer.

Courtesy of the one and only Mr Freddie Mercury in The Fairy Fellers Masterstroke on their second album, imaginatively titled Queen 2.

Second verse. Crazy lyrics and I figured that if any song that I knew or could remember had any unique words, that would probably be it.

I win the Internet! Yay! 8)

Darn it, though I had one with “parthenogenesis”, but there are two results.
