Well, had a budget and tried to stick to it. Wanted a reasonably light bike to commute, ride the cycle paths along the coast, and a few trails.

Stuck a deposit down on an 09 Rockhopper Expert in shiny white to keep me mobile and rolling while I'm in Oz for a year. Picking it up Tuesday night and they are buying back the clipless pedals it's fitted with for $40 and sticking some MG1's on.

Yay for new bikes!!!
