I know there have been lots on here. Some stunning ones as well. But this was my first proper snow ride, after a couple of aborted attempts. About 15 PSI in the tyres at the end, hard work on the fireroads, bonkers fun in the trees 🙂

Old jump bike. Still a laugh to ride.

    Found some virgin snow

Imprint of fallen rider just out of shot. Forgot about that bit!

    Favourite trail in these woods

Icy lake, no chance of me riding on that tho.

Skids are for.. yes I know..

90 minutes later, I was spent! Now I've promised to tow the kids' sledge. I'll be needing a beer later. I've not been out for a week, and I so needed to ride today 🙂

Yeah I reckon so, started at about 30 and was really struggling on the fireroads which had seen lots of foot traffic and freeze/thaw. Dropped the pressures as low as I dared and seemed to have loads of grip.

Just been out with kids sledging and riding a bike down a sledging slope that been pounded by many runs was proper tank slapper scary. Not sure there is a "right" pressure for that!
