Following on from the ‘heating rural houses’ thread am wondering if the cheaper eco fans work as well as the real deal…

Sorry for the late reply. Fan arrived late last week. It looks very similar to the more expensive EcoFans and alike.

Very quiet, nearly silent operation. Seems to even out the heat around our open plan living area. Adjoining rooms also seemed to be a little warmer. It should be easy to service parts wise too. Peltier & motor both look like the ones you can buy on ebay.

I’m impressed enough that we’ll be buying one for our other stove.
