inkjet probably, doesnt need any flashy features, just needs to print documents and maps.

Print quality is good. Meets the rest of your requirements.

A cheap way of achieving this is to buy a printer with a Ethernet/ Lan port, connect it to a wireless router with a cable and you can print wirelessly from any computer on the network.
