  • Wireless connectivity lost after power outage – what should I do?

    Righty, my wife normally deals with our IT issues.

    Short power cut this morning and now wireless modem appears to be doing very little and cannot connect iPad to it.

    Any tips on what I need to do to get things back up and running?

    Turn the modem off using the switch/button on the modem, count to 10, turn it on again. Give it a minute or so to untwist its knickers, problem should be sorted.

    Which router? Some have a broadcast button for wifi.
