Does anyone know what the rules are as it seems Microsoft haven't bothered putting them up where they said i should look!

I have got an upgrade disc for the SOs laptop to replace the 7RC install it has been using. The age of the laptop means i will have to install the 32 bit version.

I also have a Macbook Pro and would like to know if i can install it for use under bootcamp legally? what does activation actually mean, what happens? i run a mac and Apple seems to have this thing called trust in its users!

My other concern is that the SOs hard drive failed recently, if this happens again where do i stand?

It's for one computer only, the activation checks your key is valid and receives info about the machine that is running it so it knows if the key is being used more than once.
