Will this work as a CX wheel and take a 700c tyre?

If not what would you suggest as an off the shelf front disc only wheel fo CX?

It’s a 19mm internal profile by the looks of it, that should be OK. I’m using some 29″ XM719 rims with CX tyres and they’re fine. My CX bike came with a merida 29er wheelset with 19mm rims also.
