I’ve been out grinding up and down hills at Cannock today and the bike is currently a 1 x 10.

The rear is an 11-32 and it’s pretty tough going up some of the hills even on the easy cog, would I notice a significant difference changing to an 11-36 cassette or should I consider adding the granny ring back on the front?

I’d be surprised if you didn’t.

Just about managed on 32 front, 32 back on my solaris -enough to go to 36 when I went 10speed. 36 is better and I don’t feel I need any 1-up stuff. Mind you, SS is fine around cannock!
