OK, odd place to ask I know but…

Got my other halfs Wii on our wireless network, seems to work fine for 24 hours, then needs the router to be power cycled or it refuses to connect ever again. Tried dynamic IPs, fixed IPs, auto-gateway finding, manual gateway allocation. Tried extending the lease time on the IPs.

    Now very annoyed.

    Seimens SE587 (tiscali) router.

It will probably be somthing to do with powersaving, does it do it if you turn the wii off at the mains at all?

Wii seems to have nothing to do with it, oddly enough. I can leave the wii on and it still fails. Its the router that needs rebooting each day, but no other devices have this problem :S

Try changing channel on the router?
(I'm not sure if it'll help, but it seems to be the stock answer to all wireless woes at the moment 🙄 )
