Could be a lot worse, at least no monay has been wasted on non-functionning, massively heavy suspension. Probably is better out there although I was amazed recently when I found out how expensive a 'reasonably' specced rigid hybrid was.

This seller sells subway, fury frames etc… you have to be quick when they're up though! I built up a mtb using a frame off of him for around £200 for my wife, that was with discs and suspension so I'm guessing you should be able to come in lower than the £185??

    How about this

I watched this last week and it didn't get any bids at £250, so price dropped to £220 start price. [ unfortunately, it's too big for my wife ]

    It's very heavy. But it's cheap…

You realise that if she buys it, you'll have to touch it at some time. I'm pretty certain that i'm allergic to chrome plated steel, but you may not be so lucky 🙂

Subway limited womens in white is better value when on offer, though not a step through frame

Carrera Subway eh… She might like then as she used to ride my 20" inbred single speed until I sold it!

    They're quite frustrating to service.
The frames are often out of alignment, so centering brakes etc is a pain…

However, I think this is a step up from the last one I serviced, it seems to have non-plastic brake levers…
