As title really I need a pair of wide fitting spd shoes please

    Any ideas where to look?

I have previously had shimano dx and spesh tahoe and they were not wide enough?

    cheers

Steve. I’ve found Northwave shoes / boots to be wider than Shimano and Spesh. I tried many and varied, incl Shimano, Specialized, Sidi & Pearl Izumi and found the NW to offer more room around the wide part of the foot. I have road shoes, mtb shoes and mtb boots from them. I go up a Euro size on the boots and use the shoes and boots with Specialized BG footbeds, but they work well for me. HTH.

I’m also flipper footed. My (3yo or so) Specialized are ok.
Might be looking to Sidi next time – their ‘mega’ (wide) fit? That said I’m not sure if they are dx/tahoe style?

Lake do a wide fit in some of their range. They are a bit xc’ish though.
