I’m looking to run schwalbe the one, 28mm tubeless road tyres. I’ve currently got notube arch rims but stans are cautious about road pressures on mtb rims.

So, what 32 hole road rim without a braking surface which will run tubeless and take a 28mm tyre?

Be nice if it was cheap and light as well.

Stans velocity or h plus son?

I’ve just ordered h son Archetypes to use on my CX bike. They aren’t marketed as tubeless ready, but people say they work.

A23s are a little lighter, but reportedly not as well finished and not as stiff as archetypes.

I decided against Stans as the Iron Cross won’t let you run road pressures and Alphas seemed a little spendy and might be a bit narrow for CX tyres.

    I haven’t ridden any of these rims…

I did notice that jra have stopped building with a23 rims due to the quality of the finish. If I went with stans alpha, I’d probably just buy some hope hoops and sell my existing wheels to offset the cost.
