You need to do something like this:

Basically, you match the IP/address to a blacklist, and then feed images from those site through mogrify to mess the images up.

Something like -blur 9 or -charcoal 5 * should shit him up a bit. 😀 You could alternatively watermark the images with "WHAT WOULD YOUR MOTHER THINK?!" 8)
