little bit of scripting and you can randomly change pics/flash vids to instead be a video/pic of you tut-tutting at him for being a filthy boy. That'll put him off his stroke.
For some reason this really made me laugh. It's a brilliant solution that could send the lad totaly insane!

You need to do something like this:

Basically, you match the IP/address to a blacklist, and then feed images from those site through mogrify to mess the images up.
Something like -blur 9 or -charcoal 5 * should shit him up a bit.
You could alternatively watermark the images with "WHAT WOULD YOUR MOTHER THINK?!"
