Whenever I ride the monkey trail at Cannock I always end up feeling like I been shovelling gravel.
Last Sunday I did the 30k+ ride in the peaks and walked away with the usual muscle aches but no back ache….
Yet every time i go to cannock and do 20-30k (as i did today) I end up with a sore back towards the end of the ride. This happens every time i have been.
Does anyone else get this? Any ideas on what causes it?
I know there are a ‘few’ braking bumps but it is surely no worse than riding down Jacob’s ladder!
