  • Why do i have to be on a 'plan' – Gas, electric, phone etc

    Why do I have to be on an 'anytime 4, online, pay upfront, blah, blah, blah' – why can't the utilities just have a price per minute, btu, kw, cubic metre or whatever and that's it. I'd then be able to easily compare them and choose the cheapest… Oh I see .
