    Looking at Amazon reviews and questions somebody asks a question why reply to it and say ‘i dont know sorry’ whats the **** point of that ****!

    Maybe right answer: I left a review/answered a question on a TV and, after doing so, every time somebody asked a question about the TV I’d get the question sent to me…I just ignored the emails but i assume other folk submit a response despite not knowing the answer

    Because they send you an email that looks like a direct question to you, based on what they think you have purchased, and with an easy to reply button. I don’t think some people realise where their answer ends up…
