Yeah, in fairness, he’s one of few genuinely talented people that frequent this forum… Matt Page is on here occasionally too, and he ain’t half bad on a bike either!

I’m pretty good at eating these days, maybe not the best but I’m right up there… Despite the fact I’m very nearly the fittest I’ve been, and have got pretty quick on a road bike (Ride London in sub 5hrs which I was ecstatic with) all despite now being 2st more than I should be!

whatever you’ve done GW’s done it on a hardtail twice as fast and better
