More home-ground advantage than a Heineken Cup semi-final.

In anything under 1m of water id say bear. Deeper than that shark.

Depends if the shark is ninja trained or not.

Are they by themselves or does the bear have a dinosaur helping it?

My research came across 2 possible outcomes. One is drawn a little bit better than the other…

I thought grizzly just meant he was in a bad mood. Understandable if he's being attacked by a shark though.

Alternatively they could mate, and spawn a great-white-grizzly-bear-shark monster which could destroy the world…

I can't believe you have to ask! The shark would own the bear.

    Google agrees!

What if the bear was gay and called Yogi? and had just seen the shark noshing on his special friend Booboo.

    In water: The Shark

On Land: well the shark would die anyway and bear just watch.

In real life it would not happen as Bear would be shot and the shark chopped up by local Chinese take away.

In the water scenario, is it salt water or fresh? Many saltwater sharks can't survive in fresh water you see, and vice versa, so it's critically important that we know

And also, what sort of shark? Mako? Pygmy Ribbontail Catshark?

I reckon bear, more weapons available. paws and teeth, hwereas shark is only likely to have teeth.

I thought this was a spin off from an old Jackie Chan movie about snakes, monkeys and eagles.

During the goldrush in the Yukon to entertain the miners they used to organise fights between Bears and Lions. The Bear always won. It used to crush the skull of the Lion which is apparently quite thin. The Bear's bone density is far greater than the lion's. Bears are hard as OWT!
