Couple of laps of Cwmcarn Twrch trail on the singlespeed did it for me.. Sneaking up stealth stylie on people with gears, followed by a cheery “hello!” 😀

Was at work as normal this morning; on the way back across Cannock Chase I was wondering why it was so much busier than a normal Friday afternoon when I remembered! I normally have the place to myself… 🙂

Road riding with a hangover, I just wanted to throw up the whole time.

No riding for me today, was out for a night ride last night, out tomorrow morning for a local one and then Wales Sunday and Monday, so don’t feel too guilty about missing today.
