Far as I’m aware it’s an independent run by a small ‘family’ of about a dozen staff. It’s not owned by a big player like Future or anything.

There are days when I’m not sure either of those apply. But no, we don’t get paid other than an invite to the Christmas party. Oh, and we got a free t-shirt the other day, which was nice.
