I pre ordered my El Guapo last Friday and was told they were arriving 14th Feb, but could take up to a week to be built up before I could collect.. 🙂

I ordered my frame in Feb..after speaking to On One last week and being given various dates for delivery, the last being ‘June at the earliest’ I’ve decided to pull the plug on it.. I think I’ve been patient, but seriously it will be coming up to 6 months waiting for delivery?!

Not impressed with On One’s customer service either.. Not one person has contacted me before I’ve contacted them first, to let me know what’s happening..
